Clippy's Lawn Care provides lawn care and landscaping services in the Omaha, NE area. Services include, but are not limited to, weekly lawn mowing, landscaping, seasonal cleanup, irrigation maintenance, and commercial property maintenance.
Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on property size, location, season, and service demand. All service estimates are subject to on-site verification.
To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Estimates provided through our platform are based on the information you provide, including property address and lawn size. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice to active customers.
Service schedules are planned based on property needs, weather conditions, and crew availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent scheduling but reserve the right to reschedule due to:
Inclement weather or unsafe working conditions
Equipment maintenance
Holidays and observed business closures
Crew availability
If you need to cancel or pause recurring services, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellation of individual scheduled services with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment through our online portal via credit or debit card (processed securely through Helcim). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for services rendered.
For recurring services, you may set up autopay to automatically charge your default payment method when invoices are generated. Late payments may be subject to service suspension.
By scheduling services, you grant our crew members access to the designated service areas of your property. You agree to:
Ensure the service area is accessible and free of obstructions (e.g., vehicles, toys, debris)
Secure pets during scheduled service times
Inform us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions on your property
Provide accurate special instructions through your customer profile
Clippy's Lawn Care strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
Damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or other concealed objects
Pre-existing lawn conditions, diseases, or pest damage
Weather-related impacts on service results
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree not to misuse our website or services. Prohibited activities include:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the website
Submitting false or misleading information
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Clippy's Lawn Care and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the laws of the State of Nebraska, and the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
